We are a free PHO service providing facilitation of cognitive-emotional wellness for families and individuals who have mild to moderate mental health issues. We cover the Otago Southern Region (Balclutha, Owaka, Milton, Lawrence, West Otago and Roxburgh). The service runs 5 days a week Monday–Friday for: Assessment,support,education and brief intervention. Referrals are accepted from health professionals community agencies and individuals by the Mental Health Facilitator Janice Clayton and appointments are organised in each town within the PHO practices.
